Our Treatments
Six treatments,
one calm approach.
Targeted cryotherapy for the most common skin lesions. Each session is unhurried, precise and tailored to what you need — with most appointments completed in under thirty minutes.
Warts
Caused by the human papillomavirus and notoriously persistent. Cryotherapy freezes the affected tissue, prompting the wart to lift and fall away over the following weeks.
Verrucae
Stubborn, often painful warts on the soles of the feet. A targeted freeze breaks down the lesion at the root — no blades, no acids, no awkward dressings.
Skin Tags
Soft, benign growths that catch on clothing and jewellery. A few seconds of precision cryotherapy removes them cleanly, with no stitches and no scarring.
Milia
Small white cysts that commonly appear around the eyes and cheeks. Gentle precision treatment clears them without disturbing the surrounding skin.
Cherry Angiomas
Tiny red spots that often develop with age. Cryotherapy collapses the underlying blood vessels, leaving the surface smooth and even.
Flat Pigmentation
Age spots and patches of uneven tone. Carefully timed treatment helps lift excess pigment, gradually revealing a clearer, more uniform finish.
How Cryotherapy Works
A modern, precise alternative to traditional treatment.
Cryotherapy uses controlled, ultra-cold gas to treat skin lesions at their source. The freeze damages only the targeted tissue, leaving surrounding skin untouched — a precise, modern alternative to surgical removal or topical acids.
Fast & effective
Most treatments are completed in five to thirty seconds. Several lesions can be treated in a single appointment, with results developing over the days that follow.
Precisely targeted
The freeze is delivered to a fraction of a millimetre, breaking down only the affected tissue. Healthy surrounding skin is left undisturbed.
Minimal downtime
There is no need to plan around recovery. Most clients return to work, exercise and everyday life immediately after their session.

Frequently Asked
Questions,
answered.
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't covered here, the full FAQs page has more detail — or just get in touch.
View all FAQsIs cryotherapy painful?
Most clients describe a brief stinging or pinching sensation during the freeze, which fades within seconds. No anaesthetic is needed and you can drive yourself home straight after.
How long does each treatment take?
Each lesion is treated in five to thirty seconds. A typical appointment, including consultation, takes between fifteen and thirty minutes depending on how many areas are being treated.
Will I need time off after my appointment?
No. Cryotherapy has no recovery period — most clients return to work, the gym or daily life immediately after. The treated area may look pink or form a small blister for a few days.
How many sessions will I need?
Many lesions clear after a single session. Stubborn warts and verrucae sometimes need a second or third treatment, spaced two to three weeks apart. We will always be honest about expected timelines at your consultation.
What aftercare is required?
Very little. Keep the area clean and dry for a day or two, avoid picking at any blister that forms, and apply sun protection if the area is exposed. Full written aftercare is provided after every session.
